Please use the guidelines below for submitting stories.
Carolina Action
The Carolina Action is a quarterly newsletter of the Carolina Conference. We have transitioned to a ePublication in an effort to make sure we are using God's money most effectively. However, if you prefer to receive this publication in print, you may subscribe HERE.
Please submit stories by the following deadlines:

Dec. 1 for the Jan issue

March 1 for the April issue

June 1 for the July issue
-
Sept. 1 for the Oct issue
Story Guidelines:
-
About 250-500 words (Write stories in Microsoft Word)

At least two high-resolution photos
-
(JPEG format—Please DO NOT insert photos into the Word document)

Include the names of the author and the photographer(s)
SOUTHERN TIDINGS
The Southern Tidings is a publication produced monthly by the Communication Department of the Southern Union Office. Our department submits items from our conference including:

conference news
-
feature stories (every other month)
-
classified advertisements (for display ads contact the Southern Union)
-
calendar items
Please submit content by the 15th of the month for publication in the second next issue of the Southern Tidings. For example, items submitted by March 15 would be published in the May issue.
Story Guidelines:

About 500 words in length (Write stories in Microsoft Word)

5 to 7 high-resolution photos

(JPEG format—Please DO NOT insert photos into the Word document)

Include the names of the author and the photographer(s)

Please note: Every article that is submitted is used, either in the Carolina Action, in the Southern Tidings, on the conference website or on the conference Facebook page. Where the item is published is at the discretion of the Conference Communication Department.
