Ministerial Department
The mission of the Ministerial Department is to help our ministers be all they can be through coaching, mentoring, and supporting our pastoral team in their efforts to lead God's people in the local church.
We aspire to achieve this mission by employing resources such as training, encouragement, retreats, education, pastoral family care, and prayer.
Essentially, we seek to serve as the pastor’s pastor and advocate. We currently serve the pastors and volunteer lay pastors throughout the Carolinas.
